Larry Jackson

Larry Jackson grew up on campus as the son of G. G. Jackson (1918-2007), campus postmaster, and stepson of Iris Jackson (1925-2019), manager of administrative offices. He earned B.S. and M.A. degrees in Film and Video Production at BJU. He was named Alumnus of the Year in 2000 and served on the Board of Trustees, 1982-2016, and as chairman, 2013-2016. Jackson was the founder and former CEO of a national marketing agency and was a 55-year veteran of the communication industry. He served on numerous academic, governmental, and professional boards, including the boards of the Gospel Fellowship Association and The Wilds Christian Camp and Conference Center.
